Bring&Buy - Yunicon

How it works:

Within 48 hours (in exceptional cases up to 72 hours) you will receive a confirmation and a print template for the price labels by e-mail.

Also this year there will be a Bring & Buy at YuniCon. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, there are a few rules:

We only accept items for sale that are anime/manga related and/or related to the scene (Japan, Lolita, J-Rock, etc.). In addition, items on the following themes are also permitted: Disney, DC, Marvel, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Star Trek, Supernatural, Game of Thrones, Percy Jackson, Stranger Things, Grishaverse & Doctor Who.
Pirated copies or defective goods may not be offered for sale!
We reserve the right not to accept items for sale, even without giving reasons.
Items can be dropped off up to one hour before the end of the Bring&Buy’s opening hours and must be collected no later than one hour before the Bring&Buy closes. However, it is not recommended to drop off items on Sundays, as sales close at 14:00 on this day. Last collection time is Sunday 5 pm.
If you want to offer your items on several days, you don’t have to pick them up in between.
If the items are brought and collected on the same day, there is a maximum limit of 20 items.
Submitting multiple lists or bringing two sellers will result in complete exclusion from Bring&Buy for both lists. Each person may only bring items from one list.
Only private individuals may offer items for sale; commercial sales are not permitted.
A return or exchange is not possible, we therefore ask the buyer to check the items for completeness and defects before purchase.
Uncollected items or sums of money can be requested a maximum of 4 weeks after the end of the YuniCon; any costs incurred (such as shipping) must be covered. After this time, they will become the property of YuniCon as a donation.
Only even amounts in 0.50€ increments are accepted as a sale price (no 1.99€).
Payments or disbursements are made exclusively in cash. Payments are made without exception upon complete collection. Interim payments are NOT possible for logistical reasons.
Sets such as manga series must be assembled as such by the seller. However, in such a way that the items are not damaged (it is best to wrap mangas in stretch film or cling film).
Make sure that price labels are attached in such a way that they cannot come off by themselves. But also make sure that they can be easily removed and that the goods are not damaged in the process.
Items for which the price label has fallen off will be excluded from sale until the appropriate label etc. is found again or they can be reassigned by list. In this case, the B&B team will replace the removed labels with their own.
No liability is accepted for theft. There will also be no reimbursement for any damage. We appeal to the honesty of all visitors!
Use of the Bring & Buy is only possible with a valid YuniCon ticket; it is not possible to accept or return items (including payment of the sales proceeds) outside the event venue.
We reserve the right to adapt or change individual rules if necessary.

Download the template and enter the items you want to sell in the list.

The deadline for entries is October 29 at 7:00 pm.

You will receive a confirmation and a print template for the price labels by e-mail within 48 hours. If you do not receive a reply after this time, please resend the list.
