General information:
- If you have any questions, comments, etc., please send us an email to info@hayuko.at
- Interviews with guests of honor (cosplay, voice actors, bands) are only permitted with prior consultation and subject to availability. Please just ask us via email.
- If you need more than one ticket for your team, please describe exactly who else is coming and why this person is relevant for the reporting.
- After the event, please email us the links to the report, photos, etc. so that we can add them to our library and include them for future accreditation requests.
- We only have a limited contingent of press tickets. Therefore we cannot accept every request. We process an inquiry according to relevance: This means that smaller projects could also be accepted, although we occasionally reject larger projects. Even small projects have the chance of interviews with guests of honor! Just ask us!
We reserve the right to refuse accreditation requests without giving reasons. Possible reasons for a cancellation could be, for example, less relevance for us or press accreditations in the past that did not result in any reports.
